The return ferry will be provided as an open ticket (subject to YKF regular service). ※Free transportation to and from the port is available according to the time of regular boats, but some services are not available. Please understand in advance.

Ishigaki Port Departure → Taketomi Port Arrival = Water Buffalo Cart (approximately 30 minutes tour within the village) - Free time ‥ Taketomi Port Departure → Ishigaki Port Arrival The return ferry will be provided as an open ticket. Please note that the course and times may change due to peak periods and congestion on the day.

What's Included
- Round-trip boarding ticket.
- Water buffalo cart sightseeing (pickup from Taketomi Port to the water buffalo cart station included).
What to Bring
- Items to bring: If you plan to swim at the beach, please be sure to bring a change of clothes. Wearing wet clothing on the high-speed boat is not allowed.
- Attire: Please wear footwear that can get wet, such as flip-flops.

- You cannot specify the water buffalo cart provider.
- Departure times from Ishigaki are available at 8:30/9:30/10:30/11:30/13:30/14:30(subject to YKF regular service). Please choose your preferred time.
- Please note that departure times may change due to temporary service reductions. Thank you for your understanding.
- The return ferry ticket will be provided as an open ticket. (This is based on valid fares and regulations as of December 27, 2023.)
- We do not provide hotel pick-up service, so please use a rental car or cab to Ishigaki Port Terminal and come by yourself.
- One infant (0 to 2 years old) can accompany each adult for free. Please note that there will be no designated seating for infants.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount services. Discounts do not apply to infant fares.

Taketomi island with a ride on a buffalo driven cart
Very nice experience including the conductor playing sanshin. Due to the wind the glass boat tour was canceled which left a bit more time for a leisurely tour of the whole island and its villages by bicycle. I enjoyed some time searching for star-shaped sand at one of the beach and could get a nice lunch at one of the cafe.

仲間集合 記念写真を1枚 購入し あとの仲間には ダウンロード データで販売。 従って 残りのメンバーには 私から スマホでデジタル送信で完了。 これは すばらしい 仕組みと思った。 デジタルであれば 参加していない 家族、友人にも複数 その場で Line, Mailなどで 気軽に送ることができる。 また、このダウンロード データにはプロが撮った島の美しい画像が30枚も含まれていた。 竹富島 全般の印象 自然美が残り、くつろげる 島。 家屋、石垣の囲い、 デイゴの花、砂地の道 きれいに掃いたあとが残っていた。 島内の自然美を守るため 2階建ては禁じられているとの説明を受けた。 唯一 例外として、小中学校は2階建てが許されていた。 水牛の角(ツノ)は大きく先端がとがって 危険な感じがしたが、 牛車 乗車中、牛舎の広場ではおとなしかった。細かな性格は判らないが･･･。 美しく おだやかな 島だと感じた。 難点、水牛車 出発、帰着場所に ライトバン風の 販売車で ビールを頼んだが、 注文したものの受け取るまで 相当 待つことになった。 販売者が１人で 手が回らなかったのは分かる。 水牛車 帰り到着時には旅行者で混むので 一時的に 助っ人は無理かな～。
