- 【Normal Schedule: When Uehara Port is operating】
  Depart Ishigaki Port at 8:00(50min ferry ride) Arrival at Uehara Port and meet up with a local guide. Shuttle service to the starting point Mare River, for quick class/lesson for Kayaking tour. Depart on tour (start kayaking the Hinai river for about 30-40 min) Arrive destination (upper reach Hinai River) to start Hiking to the top of the falls (about 40-50 min). Arrive at the top of the Pinaisara Waterfalls, Lunch break Hike to the basin of the Waterfalls, arrive at the basin, you can play in the water, tee break. Hike back to the Hinai River, start Kayaking down to the river. Arrive at the upper reach of the Hinai River, start Kayaking down the river. Arrive staging point, a shuttle service to Uehara Port. 17:05 Depart Uehara Port. 17:55 Arrival at Ishigaki Port.

  Depart Ishigaki Port at 7:30 (45min ferry ride) Arrival at Ohara Port. Shuttle bus service to Uehara Port. (60 min bus ride) Upon your arrival at Uehara Port, meet up with a local guide at a bus stop. A shuttle service to the starting point Mare River, for quick class/lesson for Kayaking tour. Depart on tour (start kayaking the Hinai river for about 30-40 min) Arrive destination (upper reach Hinai River) to start Hiking to the top of the falls (about 40-50 min).   ・After arriving at Ohara Port, make your own way to the bus stop.(The bus is parked outside Ohara Port terminal) ・Once you arrive at the bus stop, board the Yaeyama Kanko Ferry bus. ・Once arriving to Uehara Port, You will be met by a local guide and just follow the guide’s instructions. ・For the return trip, follow the same procedure, taking the activity shop’s shuttle service to Uehara Port, and then take the Yaeyama Kanko Ferry bus to Uehara Port, but your local guide will assist you.

What to Bring
- What to bring: Please bring a towel and a change of clothes. Sunscreen, sunglasses (especially in summer)
- Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes that can get wet or dirty. Please wear long sleeves and long pants made of light, dry material.
- If you are wearing short sleeves and shorts, wear a light jacket, spats, or trainers to avoid exposing as much skin as possible.
- You can swim in the waterfall basin in the summer and on warmer days. Please wear a swimsuit under your clothes.

- Tours are available for one person or more, and tours will be held for two or more participants.
- The trek to Pinaisara Waterfall is not an easy task. If I had to make an analogy, it would be like walking back and forth up about 2000 steps to the basin of the waterfall and top of the waterfall. Please refrain from participating if you are not confident in your legs, back, and hip.
- Please bring drinking water for the tour. (1-2 500ml bottle)
- Drinks are available for lunch and breaks.
- When Uehara Port is cancelled due to the weather conditions, the schedule will be changed.
- Please note that if you cancel at your own discretion due to itinerary changes caused by a Uehara route ferry cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- We do not provide hotel pick-up service, so please use a rental car or cab to Ishigaki Port Terminal and come by yourself.
- If you require a special lunch (e.g. due to food allergies or a vegetarian diet), please kindly bring your own meal. In that case, the cost of the lunch will be deducted from the tour fee.
